Property is good , staff is helpful, if no rain then one can get good Mountain Views, breakfast is nice . Because of rain the weather was cold so keep warm clothes . Overall experience was nice
The room did not have basic amenities like a hairdryer, cupboard, hangers, or proper space to keep shoes/towels. The room was much smaller than shown in the images.

Couple • India • Apr 2026We had the worst stay at hotel, there is nothing good to be reproted. Our stay at there is at worst. Cleaneniness is at nill. No choice of veg food. Staff is so rude that when we had asked for hot tea we had a reply that water is hot and we can not serve hot tea. If any one stay at there please keep all your belongings in lock and key otherwise your belongings may be stolen. I wiuld sugest every body in any circumstances never stay in nay Summut Properties in Sikkim.
