We spent three days here, and here is my detailed feedback. Pros: 1. The location is fantastic, with nearby attractions like the cellular jail, marina park, flag point, and the Saturday & Sunday local market. 2. The sea view room on the fourth floor offers an amazing view. 3. The place is peaceful, comfortable, and has a homely atmosphere. 4. The owner is very friendly. Cons: The only downside is that there is no elevator.

Solo Traveller • Aug 2026I have stayed at properties in Port Blair before, but this property came highly recommended. I was hoping for hospitality, but it was extremely utilitarian. The property is located at a nice place with a view of Ross island, and close to the Cellular jail. However it was very basic, and the stay felt completely basic. The rooms are on the 4th floor, and there is no lift. Guests have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the property. The room itself was neat enough but needs some maintenance in the bathroom. Since my flight was a little later in the day, I asked for a 45 minute extension, and was told it could not be done. I was surprised since I was also told that there were no other guests checking in.
