Staff is very bad extra money demand on reception and see this gay not typ this hotal ixigo and other app only oyo aap app and ,I had a booking made via Ixigo. Upon arriving at the hotel, I confirmed my booking number and ID, but the staff told me I would have to book directly with them, claiming they had no tie-up with Ixigo. They then stated that the booking I had made was valid for only one person, so I would have to pay an extra ₹600 for a second person. I asked, "If you have no tie-up, how did the booking come through, and why is it showing up on your phone?" They simply replied, "I don't know; that is between you and them."

I advise everyone not to book a hotel at this location because the property management is terrible and the service is very bad. They charge extra fees and are not clear about the rules. Every room has cockroaches, and the AC doesn't work even if you book an AC room. They never assist customers and always charge extra for any reason. I urge those visiting Hyderabad to avoid this hotel. It's the worst room I've ever seen, very dirty with cockroaches.

The hotel is not clean and the service is poor.

इस होटल में ठहरने का हमारा अनुभव बहुत खराब रहा। मैं पुणे से काम के लिए हैदराबाद आया था और अपने दोस्त के साथ इस होटल में रुका था। नहाने के लिए जब हम गए, तो होटल स्टाफ ने केवल एक तौलिया दिया। जब हमने और तौलिया मांगा, तो उन्होंने कहा कि "हमारे पास सिर्फ एक तौलिया है।" तौलिया मांगने पर स्टाफ से बहस हो गई। होटल का स्टाफ बहुत ज्यादा बहस करता है और मेहमानों से ठीक से बात नहीं करता। सुबह नहाने के लिए दी गई बाल्टी और मग बहुत गंदे थे, उन्हें देखकर हम नहाने तक नहीं गए। होटल की सफाई और स्वच्छता की स्थिति बहुत खराब है। मैं सभी से निवेदन करता हूं कि इस होटल में जाने से पहले सोच-समझ लें। परिवार के साथ रहने के लिए यह होटल बिल्कुल सही नहीं है। यहां ज्यादातर कपल्स 2-4 घंटे के लिए आते-जाते दिखते हैं, इसलिए मैं परिवार या दोस्तों के साथ रहने के लिए इस होटल की सिफारिश नहीं करूंगा। होटल प्रबंधन से अनुरोध है कि वे सफाई, स्वच्छता और स्टाफ के व्यवहार पर तुरंत ध्यान दें। एक होटल में कम से कम बेसिक सफाई और अच्छा व्यवहार होना चाहिए।

This hotel is the worst in every aspect: service, rooms, and staff behavior. The room was dirty, the AC didn't work, and there was no TV. Avoid PNR hotels.
