I have booked 3 AC rooms, When I checked in he told me they only 02 rooms are available with ac , And somehow he gave us 01 abandoned room and when we asked him to changed the room he told that ac is not working in our hotels, we have this rooms only And this is very worst experience we have had, Please blacklist this hotel

Group • India • Aug 2026Very Disappointing & Unsafe ExperienceMy stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with cockroaches and a strong bad smell. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.The staff were unprofessional, and some staff members appeared to be drunk, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The hotel did not feel like a secure or professionally managed property.I would strongly recommend the management take immediate action regarding cleanliness, pest control, staff behaviour, and guest safety. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.
