I was many time stay in this hotel , with my family and friends. Staff is very helpful, mr. Abhishek" they give me very good service, overall my experience is very good to this hotel. must visit..

Worst Stay Ever; Avoid at All Costs.This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. Booking an OYO room here was a massive mistake and I paid the price for it, literally and mentally.The OYO team promised me a lawn for my kid. Once I reached the hotel, the receptionist confidently said:’We don’t have any lawn.’So either OYO lies, or the hotel does or both. Hence I didn't want to stay at the hotel at all. However since they had taken money in advance I wanted to shorten the duration by 1 night.First, they refused to change my booking from two nights to one night, no matter how much I explained the situation. No empathy, no flexibility just robotic excuses. I ended up paying for two nights even though I didn’t want to stay.The room itself? A cockroach playground. I didn’t book a wildlife safari, but apparently that’s complimentary here. Absolutely disgusting.The TV was not working, and on top of that, it was not even recharged. When I complained, I got the classic shrug like entertainment is an optional luxury in 2026.The restaurant service was horrible. Slow, careless, and rude. The dal was probably the worst dal ever cooked tasteless, watery, and borderline inedible.When I asked for an extra blanket, the response blew my mind:’We have a fixed number of blankets. There are other bookings for 4 people, so we have reserved it for them.’Things got even worse when I asked for customer care support. The staff casually told me:’Give the hospital bill for which you are asking for one night refund.’Yes, you read that right. Apparently, unless you land in a hospital and submit proof, refunds don’t exist. And even then, the refund would only go to the OYO wallet, not real money. Absolute scam vibes.Oh, and don’t expect basics. No dental kits provided. You’re on your own.Overall, this place is a perfect storm of bad management, zero hygiene, false promises, and arrogant staff. If you value your money, comfort, or sanity stay far, far away.This isn’t hospitality. This is punishment.

It was great experience staying here.location has near by so many attractions. Mr Abhishek helped us in all way food was excellent. Happy to visit in property ’’
