Very bad
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There were no towels, the AC was leaking, and there were no blankets provided. Even basic amenities like water glasses were missing. The actual condition of the room was nothing like the photos shown on Agoda — completely misleading.This property clearly does not maintain even the minimum standards expected from a hotel. Agoda should seriously consider removing such properties from their platform to protect other travelers from facing the same experience.
