Swosti Premium Hotel

On my maiden visit to this hotel, I had a disappointing experience which doesn’t befit a 5 star hotel. I had a dinner at The Gourmet restaurant which is on the premises of Swosti Premium Hotel.The menu in the restaurant is extremely limited for vegetarian main courses. Only 3 items available for Paneer and a single item for mushroom. Variety of food items are missed.The ambience of The Gourmet Restaurant was spoilt by 2 people who were shouting at each other under the influence of alcohol giving an impression of a Local Bar. This was visibly disturbing for the people who were dining in the restaurant. The managers and the staffs inside the restaurant were clueless in managing the situation. The most disappointing aspect was the restroom adjacent to the restaurant. It was so poorly maintained that one of the wash basins was leaking, causing water from the tap to spill directly onto the floor instead of draining through the pipe.This created a messy and unhygienic situation in an area that guests frequently use before or after dining. Such negligence is simply unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a premium establishment. Basic facility and maintenance are the minimum expectation, and failing at something so fundamental seriously undermines the credibility of the hotel’s so-called five-star status. This hotel is a good example of bad management and worse maintenance.

The hotel gives out old school vibes. Location is in the heart of the city.The staff is courteous and took good care of us.Gym is well stocked with workout equipment and swimming pool is clean.Food, personally would go for A La Carte.Breakfast buffet spread is a 3.5/5, though their dessert section and coffee was not a let down.

Had a very pleasant stay at Swosti Premium, Bhubaneswar. The location at Jaydev Vihar is convenient for both business meetings and city travel. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well-maintained, with reliable Wi’Fi and prompt housekeeping. The pool, lawns and fitness facilities add a nice resort feel in the middle of the city. Service is courteous and professional overall, though there is still some scope to refine a few small details, which is why I’m rating it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, a solid choice that I would be happy to stay at again and recommend to others.

We genuinely loved every meal, and my partner especially couldn’t stop appreciating the flavors and range of options.The room was spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service and ensured that every little detail was taken care of.Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We’d definitely love to stay here again, especially for the amazing food and outstanding hospitality.
