The washroom kit was not available at night. There was also a lot of disturbing noise coming from the upper floor during the night. Additionally, the bathroom and the room were not properly cleaned.

Business • India • Aug 2026After staying for two days with two rooms booked online, I strongly recommend others consider different places to stay. The online description is very deceptive. Service & Support: Trying to change my booking for the second day led to frustration, with a non-responsive WhatsApp chatbot and front desk staff refusing to help because the booking was made online. No support or flexibility was given, so we ended up paying the full price without any solution. Also, simple room service requests needed constant reminders, and basic items like extra water or tea refills were often ignored. Property & Cleanliness: • Infrastructure: There is no covered area for dropping off luggage, which made handling bags in heavy rain very hard. • Cleanliness: The rooms had a lingering bad smell, linens looked dirty, and the bathrooms were small with serious drainage problems causing water to pool after showers. Dining: The food quality was good. Although the free breakfast choices were limited and food prices were high, the taste was consistently nice. Still, good food does not make up for poor hygiene and bad customer service.
