My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The access road to the property was severely damaged, making it very difficult and unsafe to drive, especially when leaving the next morning. The road conditions were so bad that my car's clutch was damaged and had to be replaced immediately after I returned home.The mattress was also in very poor condition and extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a proper night's sleep. The overall condition of the property did not match the expectations set by the listing.Because of these issues, I had no choice but to leave early and book another accommodation through Agoda on the same day. Despite explaining the situation and providing supporting evidence, the resolution process was disappointing.I would not recommend this property unless the owner addresses the access road, replaces the mattress, and improves the overall guest experience.

We reserved our stay at Syamantacvilla for two days to mark a special event, and it became one of the most unforgettable experiences. The property is stunning, offering amazing views everywhere. Although I had booked a Mountain View room, our host, Dr. Chef Girija, exceeded expectations by organizing a surprise celebration at the lovely Wood House on the private lawn. The serene and picturesque environment made our stay truly unforgettable. Basu, the caretaker, took excellent care of us with kindness throughout our visit. Hats off to him for his great hospitality and tasty food! Syamantac Villa is a fantastic spot for vacations and celebrations. We will definitely return when we get the chance.

Our group of 15 friends decided to stay at the stunning 5-bedroom villa at Syamantacvilla for a team gathering, and it became an experience we will always treasure. The setting is truly amazing. Surrounded by waterfalls, lush greenery, and breathtaking overlapping mountain views, the villa offers the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect, and make lasting memories with friends, also ideal for honeymoon couples. What really makes Syamantacvilla special is its warm hospitality. Dr. Chef Girija kept in touch with us even before we arrived, helping with every detail and ensuring everything was well organized. Her thoughtful care and personal attention made us feel at home right from the start. A big thank you to Basu, who took excellent care of us during our stay. The food was exceptional. It's best to enjoy the in-house meals rather than ordering from apps. The highlight of our trip was the BBQ, marinated with signature recipes and freshly ground masalas, which involved us in the cooking process. It was an unforgettable team party on the open balcony. The cool breeze, stunning mountain views, laughter, and great company made it a night to remember forever. Syamantacvilla is more than just accommodation—it's a place where people come together to create wonderful memories. We highly recommend it for couples, families, friends, and colleagues, and we look forward to returning.
