The location and food are nice, but the manager's conduct was very disappointing. He seems to lack basic communication abilities and does not treat guests with politeness and respect. Rather than making guests feel welcomed, he acts as if they are his servants. Because of the bad management and impolite behavior, I cannot recommend this resort.

Had a very disappointing experience with the facilities, food hygiene, and staff behavior. The resort was booked mainly for the swimming pool, but the pool was in terrible condition and the water quality was very poor.
