The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani

My stay at The Cliff by Zuper was wonderful. The rooms were large, tidy, well-kept, and provided a cozy and peaceful environment. Its location is handy, and the overall vibe makes it ideal for both business and leisure visitors. I want to especially thank Abhinav and Sweta for their outstanding service. They were professional, polite, and always willing to help with a friendly smile. Their commitment to guest satisfaction really made my visit special. I strongly suggest The Cliff by Zuper to anyone seeking excellent service, comfortable lodging, and a great hospitality experience. I look forward to returning!

The view was amazing and the staff were great. Ms. Trandrima provided excellent guidance during our entire stay.

The staff worked hard to ensure our stay was comfortable. Abhinav stood out as someone who made sure our experience was enjoyable.

Wonderful family vacation with breathtaking scenery. Our stay at The Cliff by Zuper was excellent! The access road to the resort is in great condition and simple to drive on. We stayed in a suite overlooking the lake and mountains, and the view was amazing — we didn't even feel the need to explore elsewhere since the room's view was so captivating. My children had a fantastic time, and we all departed feeling rejuvenated. The service was outstanding, the property lovely, and it's ideal for families. Definitely a 10/10 experience and we'd return!

One of the most memorable stays I've ever had at a hotel.. 👌 The highlight of our visit was definitely the staff. Everyone was warm, courteous, and eager to help. Special thanks to Akshay Jadhav and his team, who went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday celebration unforgettable. He ensured every detail was perfect and supported us throughout. His hospitality and commitment truly stand out. The food was another standout aspect. The buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety and high quality, comparable to top luxury hotels. The rooms were roomy, clean, and featured stunning views. During the monsoon, the scenery changed every half hour, making the experience even more unique. Waking up to those views was unforgettable. The bar area was also impressive—beautifully designed, cozy, elegant, and ideal for unwinding. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I look forward to returning. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!!
