I really appreciate the service provided by Laxmi & Saidul, they have carried out the room service throughout my stay. & NOT A DROP of complain. In my opinion these 2 staff deserve a promotion

I recently visited The Fern Residency Rajkot, part of the Marriott series, with my family to celebrate a special birthday occasion. Unfortunately, what was meant to be a joyful and memorable evening turned into a disappointing experience that spoiled the mood for all of us.From the moment we arrived, the staff behavior was far from welcoming. There was a noticeable lack of courtesy and attentiveness, which is the bare minimum one expects from a hotel of this standard. Requests had to be repeated multiple times, and even then, the response was slow and indifferent. It felt as though customer satisfaction was not a priority.The management seemed equally unresponsive. Despite raising concerns during our visit, there was no sincere effort to address or resolve the issues. For a place associated with a reputed brand, this level of negligence was quite surprising and disheartening.On such a special occasion, one expects a certain level of professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Sadly, the overall experience fell short on all fronts. Instead of creating happy memories, the poor service and lack of coordination left us frustrated.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both staff training and guest experience, so that other families do not have to go through a similar situation.

Room door was not opening easily, hotel is expensive, no swimming pool, food is not good.
