I enjoyed a very nice stay at The Fortune Hotel, Koppal. The rooms were tidy, roomy, and cozy, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. The staff were polite, supportive, and professional during my entire visit. The food was tasty, offering a good selection for breakfast and other meals. The hotel's location is handy, and the property is kept in good condition. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would certainly think about staying here again and suggest it to others traveling to Koppal.

Their dedication is truly admirable. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they personally ensure the issue is handled quickly and effectively, whether it's about billing, room service, or other support. Their professionalism and friendly attitude are greatly valued. I also want to praise the hotel for the delicious food and the prompt, polite service from the staff. In my view, Mr. Nagaraju, Mr. Gadappa, and Mr. Jafer are important assets to the hotel and the company. Their focus on customer satisfaction makes every visit very enjoyable. I deeply appreciate their excellent service and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.

This is the top hotel in Koppal. The breakfast is nice and the staff are very welcoming. Especially Ishu, who is polite and charming. He looks after the guests very attentively.

The staff at their restaurant is terrible, and their responses to guests are even worse. After 7:30 am, when we inquired about the complimentary breakfast promised at check-in, it was not ready. Their reply was, "Chef Abhi Aaye Hum Kya Kaar Sakthe." We are not here to beg; it's our right to ask for and receive our complimentary items on time. Saying "My chef is late" was not the answer I expected from a 4-star hotel. It was a very disappointing experience.

The ceiling fan is very noisy and there is no exhaust fan in the washroom. The restaurant serves poor food at a high price. The loud noise from the ceiling fan is very disturbing. Please address these issues for future guests.
