The property follows a lean hospitality model, promoting self-service. Services such as porter or valet are not available. Certain amenities (e.g., locks, toiletries, towels) are provided on a pay-as-you-use basis, and applicable charges will be communicated transparently.
The consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited within the premises. Any violation, misconduct (physical, verbal, or otherwise), theft, vandalism, trespassing, non-payment, or actions causing inconvenience to others may result in immediate eviction without refund and permanent blacklisting.
The property is pet-friendly for private room bookings only. Pets are not allowed in dormitories. Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
Outside food is not permitted within the premises.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated common areas and private rooms. It is strictly prohibited in dormitories.

The in-house café serves vegetarian options only and operates on a self-service basis. Café timings are generally 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM, subject to change.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
For group bookings of two or more guests, the property does not guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room, as room allocation is subject to availability and automated assignment.
