Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing.The bed in the first room we were given was very dirty and looked as though it had been used by the previous guests. There were lipstick marks on the pillows and food stains on the bed. The bathroom was also very dirty. The washbasin had visible red gutkha stains, and it honestly looked like it had been used just before the room was assigned to us.When we complained and asked them to clean the room, we were told that the cleaning staff was out. We waited for at least 30 minutes, but eventually had to ask for a room change.The second room was slightly better, but it was still not properly clean. There were stains on the bed as well, so overall, the cleanliness was a major disappointment.We had also booked a package that included breakfast for two adults. However, when we asked for breakfast, we were told that we could not order two different dishes. We were given the choice of either bread and butter or idli sambar, which was quite disappointing.We chose idli sambar, but the idlis that were served were completely cold. They looked shrunk and stale, as if they had been stored in a refrigerator for a long time and served without being properly reheated. The tea also took a very long time to arrive whenever we ordered it.Overall, this was a very poor experience for us, especially considering the price we paid. There are several better hotels available in Jhansi in the same price range, so I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
