Rooms needs little bit Renovation.3. Nearby Hotel Taj Usha Kiran Palace Approx. 1 km away only and Nearby Scindia's Jai Mahal Palace.4. Lift Facility is Available here.5. 5-6 stairs to enter so not a Easy Wheelchair Chair Accessible place.6. 24 hour Reception Staff Available.7. Service is Good and Fast too.8. Toilets need little bit cleanliness but if ask to clean it, They will immediately send a Person with Chemical to clean it exactly how you need.9. Safe and Good Environment.10. AC cooling is good and They Power on Geyser on one Call. Hot Water will come after Almost one Quarter Bucket of Water.11. Good Exhausting Fan in Bathroom.12. I would give them 3 out of 5 stars for cleanliness as some parts of the room like ACs , Fans , side lamps require to be clean but they do if you ask for it.13. Some rooms have small roaches but they give you option of room choice if available. So choose your room with open eyes. If you got right room then your stay will be very good here.14. For Business tour this is a nice hotel in this Budget because NOT many Good Options are available here nearby.15. They provide Shampoo, Moisturizer, Soap, Tea bags, Sugar, Electric Hot Water kettle, One Water Bottle per Day, Free Wifi, Led in the Room, Two Comfortable Chairs and a Table in the room.16. They regularly done Proper Cleaning even if on your business tour with a Master Key. We found everyday our Room Clean when we came to Hotel after Work.17. If you have more Luggage, They will take very good care of it at reception too.18. I have come with my Wife here and Found this Hotel Overall Good, though I have stayed in better Properties but In this Budget and at this Location it's a nice option.19. Lot of Parking Available on Roadside.20. And they Have Very Helpful Watchmen 24 hours to Guard it.21. Early Check in Charges are Rs. 500 and Check in Time is 12 noon . Hotel Management has opened one Pub at top floor and they are charging same pub rates for in room dining like tea @225, Dal @550 all dishes are more than Rs 500. In short they are asking for five star rates for food and beverages for normal property who is not of the kind of 2 star.Moreover breakfast is also very ordinary only 2-3 options poha idli paratha , even egg preparations are not included , if you want have omelet it will cost you another 500 rupees
