बुकिंग के समय होटल के कमरे की जो तस्वीरें दिखाई गई थीं, वास्तविक रूप से दिया गया कमरा उससे काफी अलग था। मेरा अनुभव बेहद निराशाजनक रहा।कमरे का रखरखाव बहुत खराब था। दीवारों पर जगह-जगह पेंट उखड़ा हुआ था और सीलन दिखाई दे रही थी। इलेक्ट्रिक केतली तो कमरे में रखी गई थी, लेकिन उसके पास बिजली का प्लग/सॉकेट ही नहीं था, जिससे उसका उपयोग करना भी सुविधाजनक नहीं था।सबसे बड़ी समस्या होटल के प्रबंधन और सेवा को लेकर रही। पंखा और AC नहीं चलने पर मैंने कमरे के लैंडलाइन से मैनेजर/रिसेप्शन पर कई बार फोन किया, लेकिन फोन नहीं उठाया गया। आखिरकार मुझे स्वयं नीचे जाकर मैनेजर से कहना पड़ा, जिसके बाद पंखा और AC चालू किया गया।कमरे में AC का रिमोट या उसका कोई नियंत्रण उपलब्ध नहीं था। AC को नीचे से ही नियंत्रित किया जा रहा था। सुबह लगभग 6 बजे बिना मुझसे पूछे AC बंद कर दिया गया, जबकि मैं उस समय भी कमरे में ठहरा हुआ था। किसी होटल में अतिथि को अपने कमरे के AC पर सामान्य नियंत्रण भी न मिलना बहुत असुविधाजनक है।मैनेजर का व्यवहार काफी लापरवाह और गैर-जिम्मेदार लगा। हालांकि, मैं विशेष रूप से यह कहना चाहूंगा कि नीचे कार्यरत हेल्पर/सहायक स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा, विनम्र और सहयोगपूर्ण था।होटल में उचित पार्किंग की सुविधा भी नहीं है, इसलिए अपनी गाड़ी से आने वाले यात्रियों को परेशानी हो सकती है।सबसे निराशाजनक बात यह रही कि बुकिंग के समय तस्वीरों में कमरे की जो स्थिति और गुणवत्ता दिखाई जाती है, वास्तविक कमरे की स्थिति उससे मेल नहीं खाती। मेरे अनुभव के आधार पर होटल को कमरे के रखरखाव, साफ-सफाई, सुविधाओं, AC व्यवस्था और विशेष रूप से मैनेजमेंट के व्यवहार में गंभीर सुधार करने की आवश्यकता है।मैं यह समीक्षा इसलिए साझा कर रहा हूं ताकि अन्य यात्री बुकिंग करने से पहले वास्तविक स्थिति से अवगत रहें और सोच-समझकर निर्णय ले सकें।
