Disappointing Dining Experience

We went down for dining, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations, especially considering the reputation of the hotel.The first table we were assigned had flies and insects around it, which made it uncomfortable to sit there, so we requested a table change. However, even the second table did not appear to be properly cleaned or maintained, which was disappointing.When it came to the service, the experience was not much better. Basic dining essentials such as napkins and forks were not provided initially, and we had to specifically request them, which affected the overall dining experience.As for the food, it was excessively spicy and difficult to enjoy. We ended up having to constantly drink water while eating, and eventually had to leave the gravy unfinished because it was simply too overwhelming.Given the standard and reputation associated with the hotel, we expected a much better level of cleanliness, service, and food quality. I would strongly recommend paying more attention to table hygiene, proactive service, and maintaining a balanced taste profile in the dishes to improve the overall guest experience.
