Hotel Suruchi is a well-maintained property ’ old, but still in excellent condition. The rooms have older furniture, but everything is clean, functional, and well cared for. The service is prompt and courteous. Their restaurant is a highlight, offering a wide variety of tasty dishes. The hotel also has multiple party halls suitable for both small and large gatherings, making it a great option for events and family functions.

A Pleasant Surprise with Great Food and ServiceHotel Suruchi turned out to be a wonderful surprise! I wasn’t expecting much at first, but once we checked in, everything exceeded expectations. The service is commendable, and their pure veg food is truly famous ’ a must-try if you’re in Gwalior.However, there’s room for improvement in the breakfast department. The options were limited to poha, puri sabji, idli sambar, and some watermelon ’ which often ran out after 9:30 AM. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a refill. Adding more variety and ensuring better availability would really elevate the experience.Overall, a great stay with excellent food and service. Just a little tweak in breakfast, and it’ll be perfect!

Food quality is bad n service too

The hotel is good, the rooms are classy but the staff needs to be a bit more professional. Moreover, the restaurant of the hotel is 'pure vegetarian' and you can't even get an omelette for breakfast.
