I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Moziac. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and the location was excellent. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality provided by the front desk staff, especially Sachin Sharma and Nishika Prajapati.Since I had an important exam the next day, I needed a quiet space for studying. When the initially allotted room had noise issues, they immediately understood my concern and kindly arranged a room change to a much quieter room. Their prompt support, polite behavior, and genuine care made my stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.Another thing I truly appreciated was their understanding regarding my checkout time. Usually, most hotels have an 11 AM checkout, but my exam was in the evening, and checking out that early would have left me waiting outside for 4–5 hours. Understanding my situation, the reception staff kindly allowed me a few extra hours so that I could stay in the room and continue my studies peacefully. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to me.Highly recommended for their excellent service, warm hospitality, and guest-friendly approach.
Ac was not working neither they repair nor they provide another room
The restaurant in the hotel offers a large selection of flavorful vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes at reasonable prices - thus the 4 star rating. Nice place to dine in with family. They recently moved the restaurant from top floor to ground floor. The rooms are also decent. Staff is helpful.
