HOTEL RADIANCE

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The behavior of the staff, especially the receptionist, was extremely rude and unprofessional.While booking, I mistakenly selected one person instead of two. When I requested them to adjust it, they asked for almost double charges for the same room, which was completely unreasonable. On top of that, they told me that I could only sit in the lobby and was not allowed to go to the room.This was very disappointing, especially because I didn’t even plan to stay overnight. Since I had already paid in advance, I felt stuck and helpless. Eventually, I had to change the hotel late at night, which was very inconvenient and stressful, especially as I was with my father.I have never had such a bad hotel experience before. I would not recommend this place at all.

Our family held a wedding event here recently, and it was generally a positive experience. The setup, accommodations, and meals were well organized and liked by the attendees. Occasionally, service was a bit slow, but it wasn't a big issue. The staff was courteous and helpful. In general, it's a nice venue for both events and lodging.

Great food and venue. The rooftop area is nice.

The service here is the worst I've ever experienced. Seriously, avoid organizing any event at this place because they frequently change their plans without notice, and the staff can be very manipulative. In particular, the manager Nikhil Gupta is extremely difficult to work with. Take my advice and don't arrange any event here.
