Great hotel
I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The behavior of the staff, especially the receptionist, was extremely rude and unprofessional.While booking, I mistakenly selected one person instead of two. When I requested them to adjust it, they asked for almost double charges for the same room, which was completely unreasonable. On top of that, they told me that I could only sit in the lobby and was not allowed to go to the room.This was very disappointing, especially because I didn’t even plan to stay overnight. Since I had already paid in advance, I felt stuck and helpless. Eventually, I had to change the hotel late at night, which was very inconvenient and stressful, especially as I was with my father.I have never had such a bad hotel experience before. I would not recommend this place at all.
