The property is not that large what u expect. The route to the hotel is crowded. The property is surrounded by civilian houses. Otherwise the staff is excellent. Facilities are good.
Have never had such a connection with a hotel as here! From initial greet, to room, to the hugely atmospheric music and historic location for breakfast and supper there is nothing to not love. Can’t really describe how lovely this place is to stay!!!
Our family had the absolute pleasure of hosting my brother’s wedding celebrations at Taj Usha Kiran Palace, Gwalior on 7th & 8th February 2026. We had four beautiful events ’ Haldi, Sangeet, Wedding, and Reception ’ and every single one was executed flawlessly.From the very beginning till the final farewell, the entire team ’ be it the sales team, security staff, chefs, service crew, or operations ’ gave their best efforts in every small detail. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly made our celebrations grand and stress-free.A very special mention to Deepanjali, who was associated with us from the very first call until the end of the events. Since we are not locals of Gwalior, we needed guidance beyond hotel-related matters as well, and she helped us with everything so patiently and sincerely. You did a splendid job and were a constant pillar of support throughout.Special appreciation to Soumya, who was by my side for both days. Whatever help I needed ’ big or small ’ she fulfilled it with complete responsibility and a calm smile. Your coordination and presence meant a lot to us.A heartfelt thanks to Chef Sumit and his entire kitchen team. He personally curated each event menu according to our preferences. And as we all know, weddings come with last-minute changes ’ yet the kitchen crew was extremely courteous and accommodating, ensuring everything was perfect.
