⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. Their professionalism and warm attitude created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Radisson Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Looking forward to visiting again.

I booked this property for 2 nights assuming Radisson as a brand in Gwalior! But while checking out, they charged for the 2 set of laundry which i never requested (i only requested for 1 set). What surprised me to the core is the facility manager along with 3 more men come to my room and state that maam you have “misuse” our bedsheet. They couldn’t even say that its a blood stain, yes, i was having periods and i do not shame to bleed! They charged me extra 6000 rs for 1 linen bedsheet because of blood stains which is very natural phenomenon. What i see the mindset, they still believe in harrasing women for bleeding and 3 of men come to my room to just say and ask for money because there was a blood stain.I ordered a cup of tea a day before, which never reached my room, and of or, no apologies from their side! No one came to change the bedsheet as I requested and upon cleaning, at the day of checkout, they charged me extra amount!This is a SHAME on brand called Radisson for being such an orthodox and narrow cheap minded bloody buisness people!I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY WOMEN TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The name of those three managers are ***Thanks,***!
