My experience with the receptionist, Khusboo Jadon, was disappointing. Her conduct seemed unprofessional and unfriendly. She lacked courtesy in her interactions with guests and did not meet my expectations for customer service. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve this by offering more customer service training to enhance future guest experiences.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ambience in Gwalior. The hotel was tidy and cozy, with polite and helpful staff. The food was delicious, and the service overall was excellent. I would certainly suggest this hotel. A tip for future visitors: look up room prices on MakeMyTrip before reserving, since you might get better offers there.

The hotel staff's behavior was unacceptable, and the manager's conduct was equally poor. The area near the sofa in the room was quite dirty. There was no proper response from the hotel management regarding these issues. When I arrived, I was asked to hand over my car keys; after doing so, I discovered that a pair of glasses, a watch, and a game console were missing from the vehicle. When I questioned them about the missing items, they simply asked, "What can we do, sir? Our staff wouldn't do such a thing," and failed to provide any satisfactory explanation or resolution.After checking out in the morning, I called them several times. The manager answered once but then got busy with personal work. When I called again, a lady answered and said the manager was out but would call me back shortly; she mentioned they would have the staff check the video recording. This conversation took place at 11:00 AM, and I even traveled 70 kilometers back and forth specifically to get this sorted out’I just want to know how this happened.The staff is extremely negligent; specifically, the person who parks the vehicles at the outer gate is a thief. He stole items from my car’my watch, my glasses, and my chain’worth between ’15,000 and ’16,000.
