The Narayana Palace by Salvus, Rishikesh

We had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful, very peaceful, and surrounded by nature, which makes the experience even more special and relaxing. The setting is stunning and makes you feel comfortable right away. The service was perfect from beginning to end, and the whole team was very attentive. A special thank you to Mayank, who took great care of us with kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. The pool was also amazing and really made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you again to the whole team for such a lovely experience!

Our trip dates: 23rd May to 25th May, 2026With family (2 adults and 2 children).We took the Premium Cottage with Mountain views (Room 508) for 24k for two nights (including buffet breakfast and one more meal).Pros:1. Delicious Food (Veg and Non veg options)2. Clean and comfortable bedding and linen, ensuring great sleep. (People usually ignore to notice this aspect but it is extremely important for a good trip)3. Family crowd and good gentry.4. Beautifully decorated property.5. Ample car parking space.6. Clean washroom and with good toiletries.7. In-room TV units installed with YouTube (this is rarely found)8. Polite and helpful staff. (Rahul needs a special thumbs-up who handles the restaurant. Also, Shivam (guard) was helpful)9. AC works good. Mountain views are great.10. Good for those who want to visit Neer Waterfall as that is just 3.5 km from here. Also, Beatles cafe is close.Cons:1. Room has no "movable" table inside. As such, one finds inconvenience while ordering food or tea in room. There's no place to keep the tea jug, cups or plates.2. The balcony is quite small with very low railings. One needs to be observant with children.3. There's no serving table inside the room and so the room service staff has no space to place the food inside room. You need to hold them on your own.4. There's a design problem in the room. The bathroom is at the other end of the room, and not adjacent to the entry door. So whenever the housekeeping staff is called to clean the washroom, they walk across the entire room with wet shoes, making the room dirty.5. Apart from swimming, there's no recreation or play area. Also, swimming pool is not equipped with any shower nor is there any attendant. Many guests with no sense of hygiene jump in the pool in their regular attire; rarely use swimming trunks.

The property is absolutely amazing and huge. Loved the peaceful vibe and spacious grounds.Rooms and cottages are excellent - very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The attention to detail really stands out.Special thanks to Shivangi, Akshita, and Mayank for amazing hospitality and top notch behavior. They made us feel genuinely welcome and took care of every request.Food was also good with great variety and taste.Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway. Every time I visit Rishikesh, staying at Salvus Hotels feels like the easiest decision to make.From the moment you check in, everything feels effortless, warm hospitality, extremely clean rooms, a safe and peaceful atmosphere, and genuinely caring staff who make the stay feel comfortable in every way.What I loved most was the consistency. The rooms were spotless every single day and the overall experience always felt fresh, calm, and well taken care of. The service was wonderful throughout, and it truly made the trip stress-free and relaxing.If you’re planning to visit Rishikesh, I’d highly recommend booking in advance because good places fill up quickly. Salvus has been one of the most reliable and comforting stays for me, and I always look forward to coming back.

I recently stayed in hotel Salvus. The ambiance is good however it is mostly surrounded by wedding stuff here and there which was destroying vacation vibe. So for booking weddings it is good. But chilax I will say they should maintain it way not give wedding vibe. Rest it was good pool was good. No kids play zone.
