Solo Traveller • Mar 2026When I arrived, I had to argue with them for about two hours regarding my stay. It was already paid through Agoda, but they kept saying they didn’t have a room for me or that I should cancel Agoda and pay them in cash instead. They also don’t speak English, which made the situation even more difficult. Fortunately, a lovely Indian family helped me sort it out.After that, they made me wait another hour to clean the room — and it still wasn’t properly cleaned. They hadn’t even changed the sheets. It then took another two hours to get fresh sheets from them. The room was in such a mess!I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel. There are much better options on the island.
The staff are very polite and the hygiene is good. This hotel is located very close to Havelock jetty, which is an added advantage for tourists.
