We had a great time at the resort and food was absolutely delicious. We tried their dinner buffet and it was an awesome experience. The pricing for buffets and shops were fair and not that expensive as well. Although the resort was located way far from town, we had many choices of activities to be done within the resort as well. The way and process of our accomodation was very organized and systematic. Great staffs and they had buggy services to travel spot to spot. Definitely well recommended for a great nature experience!

Stunning hotel with warm, sincere, and heartfelt hospitality. It's been a long time since I've encountered a place that prioritizes guests and embraces a "can do" spirit rather than rigid company policies. The general manager is actively involved and visible, the team is empowered, and most importantly, friendly and cheerful. They respond quickly and always have interesting stories to share. The best part is they remember guests' names. I had an absolutely fantastic experience and suggest everyone stay here at least one night when visiting Coorg. Wonderful people like Akhil at the restaurant, Preethy, Bouthika, and Nikhil at reception, Mandana with the buggy, and Ayaman (hope I got the name right) who leads the trek—a passionate and knowledgeable guide. I had an amazing time this morning. All this is under the supportive leadership of Sakthi. Cheers to maintaining genuine hospitality—I'm so proud of you all.

Incredible place tucked away deep in the forests of Madikeri/Coorg. Stayed here for a couple of nights and took their holiday package which was totally worth it!Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with adequate privacy and stocked up with everything you need.Service and hospitality was top notch, right from the folks at the reception, restaurant, room service, buggy and at the spa as well.Food - 5/5. Great vegetarian options, and a very decent spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Didn't have a single complain about the food and taste!We also took up the coffee plantation tour, coffee tasting and a short hike which were all fun! The spa was super relaxing and soothing!Overall, it was such a memorable stay and while it's on the expensive side it was totally worth it.

A wonderful spot hidden deep in the forests of Madikeri/Coorg. We stayed for a few nights and opted for their holiday package, which was definitely worth it! The rooms were roomy, clean, and cozy, offering plenty of privacy and equipped with all essentials. The service and hospitality were excellent, from the reception staff to the restaurant, room service, buggy drivers, and spa personnel. The food was excellent with a variety of vegetarian choices and a good selection for all meals. We had no complaints about the taste or quality. We also enjoyed the coffee plantation tour, coffee tasting, and a short hike, all of which were enjoyable. The spa was very relaxing and calming. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and although a bit pricey, it was completely justified.

This place is situated pretty far from civilization, and the resort itself is an awesome nest of nature. Definitely worth a visit to disconnect from city life. The waterfalls within the property come alive mid-monsoons, but there's plenty to see and do even besides that. Plantation walk and blossom to brew are both extremely informative.Insects are pretty common on the roads, esp in the mornings, but can be kept outside the rooms by closing the doors. No wild animals are present within the property.
