1. The location is perfect ly attached to an isolated beach.2. The rooms are filled with rats and at the night animals were literally jumping on the roof of the cottage3. The food quality was good but the rates were too expensive.4. Refrigerator also not provided in the cottage with garden view.

Almost all hotels in Agonda are on the beach road, so the location of this property is as good as other. There’s a parking, and restaurant on site, some loungers and direct access to beach. I found restaurant very much overpriced, but the meal (had only one) was good and staff were present. Reviewing the pricing can make this property more competitive, considering so many to chose from next door. Room was clean, good size with seating area on the front. The bathroom is large but being “outside” can be bothersome for some (though I did not have issues with it personally). I wasn’t impressed with the quality of bedding, as it felt like a poly cotton, the sheets were coming off - nothing one can’t live with. From own experience, I assume room cleaning has to be requested as opposed to being undertaken proactively. Wha was annoying that no one swept the seating area at the front of the room even once, despite staff passing by to turn the evening lights on (there was sand around). I would appreciate a more proactive approach to cleaning in general - but to confirm: I could’ve asked for cleaning.
