Thrisangu Haven

Great Location. We stayed with family 15 people and 7 rooms. It was a calm and fun stay. Weather was too good and mostly surrounded by mist/fog. Deluxe rooms are clean and spacious but lookwise okay. Swimming pool is near and huge, enjoyable. Food is good and tasty. Restaurant service need to improve a lot.

The worst experience received from Thrisangu. We have gone to different resorts all these years and I haven't experienced such a bad service from any of the resorts.The rooms were all mouldy. It was hard to breathe properly. Hot water was not available during night time for shower. Room services was unavailable. We tried calling several times for room service but it was not available . The worst experience. The food was charged for rs 500. The food was not good andgot food poison as well. Overall bad experience from Thrisangu. Will not recommend it to anyone anymore.

Stayed at their Royal cottage. Attached photos show the amazing view from the cottage. Pictures don’t do true justice to the actual amazing view. This resort is located at the highest point at Kuttikanam.Amazing place, facilities and super friendly staff. My family had a memorable vacation.Great restaurant with amazing options.Will definitely come back again.

Amazing ambiance and a perfect spot for a family outing! The place has a warm and welcoming vibe. The chefs prepare delicious food with great attention to taste, and the staff are extremely polite and cooperative. A must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

It was a weekend of summer holidays that I reached the resort. Beause of the summer holiday croud, In a big Volvo bus, it was bit time consuming to reach the place. It's because of the roads which are bit challenging for 3D motions, climbing-turning-giving side for other vehicles to pass, in a long bus. But in cars and small vehicles it will not be that difficult.The check-in for the group was smooth. There are many cottages on the slopes which are fairly new and good with spacious bathroom and spacious room. The other rooms which are housed in two floors around a round building is old type. In these the bathroom is small though the room accommodate a large king size bed.The towels will need occasional replacement. More care is required in the bathroom of the two storied building rooms.The swimming pool is good with separate pool for kids. The arrangement for the campfire was really good. They have arranged chairs for the full group around the fire place and have music system and a a small stage.The property has sufficient space around. The scenery from the side is really excellent. The hills, the valley the greeneries on the side of this hill are wonderful. There are lot of trees in the compound to have sufficient shade on hot days. It's cool after sunset even on hot summer days. Lot of cool breeze during daytime which washes off the heat of summer. This prompted our group to sit in the shade and have fun. This environment was liked by every one in our group.The food was arranged for us in the restaurant near the reception. Food was good. There is a small party area in a cottage.Overall the experience was good during our stay in the resort.
