Townhouse Bharuch Near Railway Station Formerly Hotel Kohinoor

I was a bit unsure about this place because of previous reviews but my experience was pretty good. The guys on the front desk didn't speak English but that was no issue. They were very polite and I felt safe and comfortable as a female solo traveller. The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. The bedsheets was a little bit dusty and the floor needed sweeping, but it was not that bad. Can't complain, for 800R

Very worst hotel in cleanliness and response. In photos its looks like Very clean but actual totally opposite. Service also very bad. No towels and soap in the room. If you call also No response. Had very bad experience. Location is very close to railway station.

Hotel looks very nice. Room also nice. But no room service. I booked suit room but nobody come for pick up languages. And tv not working. Bed night only one working, and main things toilet not clean. Its dirty.Even they are not changing bedsheet after other people check out. I found lots of hair on bed. Only they arrange everything but not proper clean. Facilities are not good , no hot water in shower, ..and in this hotel there is no restuarant .. for lunch and dinner we have to go out near by hotel.

This is the best hotel i have ever seen, interior is fabulous, and the staff was amazing, the food is very much delicious, and the rooms was very much neat and clean, the service and security is really good. Very good hotel to stay near Bharuch railway station Good for corporate meeting too. Nice reception area and sitting arrangement. Nice room and location too. Staff is very polite and very good service getting in room. Hotel Kohinoor is good for stay. Cheap hotel and good. Staff are working helpful and friendly too. Services are good and fast. Room is good and clean. Room services also very good. Overall good experiences here. This hotel is situated opposite bharuch station. Very convenient! It is very clean and staff are really friendly! They also offer breakfast and have excellent wifi! No mosquitoes or ants very clean! Also very safe at night! Such great hotel. Must stay here while you are in bharuch.The hotel has nice and easily location so it becomes easy to reach this hotel. Clean and large rooms. The staff was nice to us and behaved really well. The stay was overall good.
