We have booked this hotel for 1 day with 3 rooms with six guest.we travelled almost 6 hours from our destination to the hotel,and after reaching the hotel for the stay what we heard was the surprising from the person sitting on the reception was that,YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR ATlEAST 30 TO 45 MINUTES AS THE ROOMS ARE BEING OCCUPIED.ON WHICH WE SAID THE BOOKING WAS ALREADY BEING MADE AND AT THIS POINT OF TIME YOUR ONLY DUTY SHOULD BE TAKE THE IDS AND FILL UP THE ENRTY BOOK AND GIVES US THE KEYS.AFTER THIS THE SURPRISEING ANSWER CAME WAS WE HAVE IN TOTAL 18 ROOMS AND THERE WER TOTAL NUMBER OF BOOKING WAS TAKEN FROM THE CUSTOMER WAS 50 PLUS THAT WAS A TOTALLY SURPRISE FOR US ON WHICH WE LEFT THE HOTEL WITHOUT CHECKIN AND TOOK THE ANOTHER HOTEL AFTER 30KMS .SHAME ON THE HOTEL STAFF AND AGODA TO HAVE SUCH TRUSTED PARTNERS FOR THE CUSTOMER REQUEST AGODA TO TAKE STRICK ACTION AGAINST THE HOTEL AND KINDLY REFUND THE MONEY BACK IN NO TIMEREGARDS
The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very clean and the staff members are very nice.
