Guest as saying

Very bad experience. Bilkul recommend nahi karunga. Room mein bahut bad smell aa rahi thi, TV nahi tha, washroom extremely dirty tha, room mein phone bhi nahi tha. Bathroom mein bucket tak nahi thi, towel aur soap bhi available nahi tha. Jab maine staff se towel aur basic things ke liye bola, unka behaviour was very rude. Unhone bola, “Abhi nahi hai, ek hi room hai. Chahiye to le lo, nahi to cancel kar do.” Seriously? This is how you treat a guest? Breakfast bhi pre-paid tha, but breakfast mein sirf chai aur 2 bread diye gaye. Is this what you call breakfast? Staff ka behaviour bhi very unprofessional tha, aur kuch staff drunk/shrabi condition mein lag rahe the. Family ke saath stay karne ke liye bilkul comfortable ya safe feel nahi hua. Overall, very poor service, unhygienic room, rude staff and extremely disappointing experience. Paise aur time dono waste hue. I would never stay here again. unable to upload photos due to technical issues. Contact me for pictures - 8278563248
