From check-in to check-out, the experience was an absolute nightmare:Unbearable Smell & Poor Maintenance: The room had a persistent, foul stench that made staying inside deeply uncomfortable.Defective AC: The air conditioner barely cooled, and the staff refused to provide an AC remote. Worse, the unit constantly spit water droplets across the floor every few seconds.Basic Amenities Denied: The hotel refused to provide complimentary drinking water—an essential basic necessity for any guest.Overcharging & Rude Behavior: When asked for water, they charged above the printed MRP for a packaged bottle. When I questioned this and asked to refill water, the owner openly argued, rudely stating that providing drinking water is not their responsibility.Zero hospitality, non-functional amenities, and unprofessional staff.
