The hotel atmosphere is good overall, but the room was not properly maintained. The bed sheets and pillows were unclean and appeared to be used. There were no door mats, bath towels, or soap in the bathroom. The TV and geyser were not working. There is no generator facility in case of a power outage. Room service is not available, and the reception phone number is also not working.Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, basic amenities, and guest services.
Rooms are so dirty, linen are dirty and used, no washroom clean, no light in lift and no amenities even water bottle not providing by them
