Avoid this hotel. The staff were rude and demanded extra charges. I booked a Triple Classic room but was given a standard room instead. The AC didn’t work, there was no hot water, and they insisted on immediate daily payment. This property misleads guests and should be avoided.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene & Service

My recent stay was quite disappointing. I had to wait around 1.5 hours for check-in, which was frustrating.The room hygiene was unacceptable—no proper cleaning even after multiple requests, stained and torn bedding, and even small cockroaches around the bed.Service was very poor as well. Basic things like water and towels were only provided after repeated follow-ups.What made it worse was the misleading information about breakfast. It was claimed to be complimentary, but after eating, we were told only 80 per person was covered and the rest had to be paid.Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place

No lighting properly,no cleaning,I have asked them about some adjustments room for all my family but they have not provided .No fan inside only table rotating fan they provided.total waste of my money to this hotel and worst experience

Disappointing Hotel Experience

This was one of the worst hotel experiences our family has ever had. We had planned a 3-night stay in Mysore and booked 3 rooms for 6 adults and 3 children (with breakfast included) through Agoda. We arrived around 5–6 pm, tired from our journey, planning to check in quickly, freshen up, and go out for shopping and dinner.Instead, we were made to stand in the reception for almost an hour while the staff argued that our booking was only for 6 adults and not for children. Even after showing the Agoda confirmation clearly mentioning 6 adults and 3 children, they kept arguing rudely. Our entire family, including small kids, was waiting in the lobby with luggage — exhausted and frustrated.Only after raising our voices did the manager finally step in and “allow” them to give us rooms. But the problems didn’t end there. The staff started another argument saying only 2 people per room would get breakfast, even though our booking clearly said breakfast included. We were so humiliated and embarrassed in front of our family — I honestly felt ashamed that I had chosen this hotel.When we finally got to the rooms, it was another nightmare. the TV remote had no batteries, and even after requesting multiple times for two days, they never provided them. The beds were dirty, In one room, the AC wasn’t working and there was water leakage all over the floor. And the worst part — my father (senior citizen) got stuck in the lift for almost 10–15 minutes! They only fixed it after restarting the system.Because of all this chaos, our entire evening plans were ruined. We even tried to get help from Agoda, but their customer care lady initially given the positive feedback but later she took my number and told me that she would call me but didn't call back.Honestly, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor management, unprofessional staff, zero service, and absolutely no value for money. Please don’t make the same mistake we did — avoid this hotel at all costs.
