I recently stayed at this hotel in Visakhapatnam and had a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made our stay very comfortable and stress-free.A special thanks to Nikhil, who was very friendly and supportive throughout our stay. He guided us to the best places to visit in Visakhapatnam and gave helpful suggestions that made our trip more enjoyable. I would like to give an elaborate review:1. Firstly deluxe rooms as said are very compact.2. Washrooms are too small but well maintained.3.TV and Ac are working.4. Water is only luke warm and not Hot but when asked they are providing water heater.5.Rooms are dusty and Beddings are filthy and on request they changed.6.We stayed for 4 days and observed that housekeeping are not attending daily to clean rooms.7. Intercom is functioning and reception is responding to our needs and room service available and when asked they provided water bottles.8.Breakfast buffet consists of daily idli, bread ,jam and butter and one variety of fried item like bonda, vada.Those who stay for more than two days get bored.Taste is average and can be managed.One thing is coffee machine has lots of flies and need proper cleaning.9.Early check in and late check out is allowed but on payment basis which is negotiable and according to demand of the season.10. Place is very pleasant and amidst houses and secure.11.easy access to all beaches and also a small children park is nearby if we have small children.12. Hand wash area after having breakfast needs to be well maintained and fragrances used in lifts can be pleasant.
