The room was spacious enough as it was for 3 people. Clean and hygienic. The sofa cum bed for the third person was a rolller coaster as there was no locking mechanism in it and it used to roll at its own will. There were 3 cockroaches that I had to finish off as they were hampering the studies of my child by popping out from here and there. Breakfast limited, room service less said the better. Placed an order that did not see the light of the day even after reminders. Best is to order the food thru online deliveries. You do get charged for water bottles if you ask from them besides the complimentary ones in room. This I realised later while settling the bill.
Generally Good rooms. Location is central. Parking can be an issue.Service levels are below average. They have their own regulations about everything. Even house keeping well come at their own schedule and not as per guest's needs.Breakfast has very limited options. Okay okay quality

Solo Traveller • Mar 2026Had to cancel my booking because I found cockroaches in the room. I was looking for stay and it was midnight already. To make the matter worse the hotel has marked it as no show because I inspected the room before checking in and found it un hygienic. Cheap trick to make money from customers never stayed in their hotel for hygiene issues.
