There was also no proper water supply during our stay.The breakfast was another major disappointment. There were very few options available, and even the limited items were not properly replenished. One of the items was already finished, but the staff did not refill it. They simply served whatever was left, and the taste of the food was extremely poor.The staff were not helpful and behaved very poorly. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel.

Very disappointing experience with Treebo. We booked our stay with complimentary breakfast included, but the hotel did not provide it. It's unacceptable to charge for an amenity and then fail to deliver it.Additionally, we had requested an early check-in in advance and were assured that it would be accommodated if possible. However, when we arrived, there was no support, no proper communication, and no effort to assist us. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving either issue.For a well-known hospitality brand like Treebo, this level of service is highly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor customer support, and failure to honor basic commitments made our stay frustrating.Definitely not the experience we expected, and I would not recommend it based on this visit.

Worst rooms I have ever stayed in at Vizag.My experience was very disappointing.Room service was very poor.Bathrooms were not clean.Wi-Fi was not working.TV was not working.Breakfast was shown as complimentary before booking, but later it was charged separately.Car parking is available.Location is easy to access.Overall, I would not recommend this property due to the poor service and lack of basic amenities.
