Couple • India • Sep 2026My experience at Hotel Troy was quite poor. They did not provide an AC remote and only offered basic toiletries. If you want to ruin your stay, then this is the place to choose. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

I had a wonderful time at Troy Wellness Resort. Right from arrival, the reception team greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease. The room was spotless and well kept, enhancing my overall experience. I valued the kindness and attentiveness of the staff during my entire visit. The customer service was excellent—everyone was courteous, friendly, and eager to assist. All in all, it was a pleasant and restful stay. I truly enjoyed it and would gladly return. Highly recommended!
