Solo Traveller • Jul 2026I recently contacted the hotel reception about a personal matter. Sadly, the receptionist was unprofessional and rude during our entire conversation. The manner in which I was addressed was disheartening and fell short of the hospitality standards expected at this hotel. I urge management to address this issue promptly. Polite and respectful communication is a vital aspect of guest service, and I hope corrective measures will be implemented for improving future guest experiences. Thank you for your consideration.
