The rooms and hotel premises are spotless and well kept, just like in the photos! The staff were highly professional and very responsive. However, the kitchen service and staff responsiveness were slow in serving food, and the food quality needs significant improvement to meet the standards expected from the hotel's room service. Food was not delivered promptly, and the same dishes had inconsistent flavors. The food quality still requires enhancement.

Terrible service with serious warning signs. The bellman neglected to put our belongings in the car, and the hotel staff actually consumed our Prasadam, claiming it had disappeared. They didn't attempt to contact any of the guest numbers provided in our room. There was clear disrespect for guest belongings and a complete lack of assistance. Avoid trusting them with your stay or possessions.

Lovely property with roomy and cozy accommodations. Service was commendable. A special shoutout to Jaiswal ji, Aijaj, and Sosuwan at the restaurant. One suggestion would be to lower the late check-out fees, especially on weekdays when the hotel isn't very busy.

The stay was quite disappointing. The staff showed no cooperation — multiple requests were overlooked and there was a lack of urgency in resolving simple problems. The bedsheets were unclean, and the pillow covers had visible dirt, which is unacceptable for guests who pay. Additionally, the room lock was faulty, raising serious safety concerns. Overall, the hygiene and service quality were much lower than expected. I wouldn't suggest this hotel unless these problems are addressed.
