Today i.e. 23/06/2026, i went to this venky residency around 7:30 pm. I ordered chicken fry bit biryani along with karivepaku kodi. Karivepaku kodi is average. But regarding the chicken fry bit biryani, the chicken was smelling foul and I asked them regarding the foul smell. They just smelled it and took it inside and never apologised. They took the bill and never responded regarding the foul smell. Such a worst experience I have ever faced. I will never visit venky residency in my life.

Food quality is very good. Staff is very helpful.Rooms are small and not maintained. It has inhouse Yakshini Spa but I will not recommend it for proper massage. Even after paying 3k+ for body massage still masseuse asks for tip and extra services. Pamphlet placed in room says complimentary foot massage for 10 minutes. But there is no such offers available.Kindly maintain good standards.

Today I have ordered chicken dum biriyani half plate through zomato. I received parcel with only one leg piece in it ( other hotels giving two leg pieces for half plate) and that piece giving bad smell.I think it is leftover piece of yesterday's biriyani. Now I feel very fear about my health as I eaten some portion of rotten chicken unknowingly. Iam posting this by expecting nobody should suffer like me. I thought three star hotel will supply fresh food.

The hotel is very impressive in terms of its structure, grandeur look, and overall ambience. The facilities are comfortable, and the staff response is highly appreciable. However, although the property reflects a premium and elegant appearance, the breakfast area needs a setup to some extent for more grandeur look. Will visit again and again.
