Vikramaditya Hotel

We would like to inform everyone that on 10th December 2025, I visited Shri Mahakal with my family ’ my wife, son, and elder sister. We had booked two rooms at Hotel Vikram Aditya.We were informed that the room rent was ’2,500, and since we had stayed there before, we agreed and checked in.However, this time the hotel management provided very poor service.At 9:00 AM, we received a call from the hotel staff stating that we must vacate the rooms within 30 minutes because some wedding guests were arriving.I clearly asked them about the check-out time, as we had returned late after attending the Mahakal Arti at night.Still, to avoid any argument, we vacated the rooms by 9:30’9:45 AM.But when we went to make the payment, they forcefully charged us ’6,200 instead of ’5,200.Additionally, the staff misbehaved with us.This is nothing less than harassment of guests who come to visit the holy place of Shri Mahakal Ji.Should anyone have to stay in such a hotel?The management is extremely poor.The owners must take this matter seriously because their staff is running a hub of misbehavior and cheating in a sacred city like Ujjain.

Great Place with excellent staff especially Mr Akshay ( Evening Shift Manager )Great food, Hygienic, Friendly.Will Recommend Everyone this place.Location is excellent & hospitality is great. Thank you Team Vikramaditya ’’?? See you again ( insha Allah)

We recently had a Music Workshop at Vikramaditya Hotel, Ujjain, and it was a good experience. The staff was supportive, the hall was well-arranged, and the ambiance added to the event. The food was decent, though it could be improved a bit. Overall, a pleasant place for workshops and gatherings.

Honestly, I am really disappointed with this hotel, I went there looking after the reviews only . The hotel staff are to very much negligent and arrogant, may ask you to leave the hotel and will not help you with the problem .There was no wifi facilty and also no t.v. connection . Hotel amenities were also not enough . Tasteless breakfast (included with rooms). High prices as per the facilities. Too much space for improvement.
