Villa Cleto Guest House

Rooms are nice and cozy. The area is clean. Very close to fountain haus.

This place is located near Fountahas area. But it's peaceful one. If u r low on the budget, bus stops are 2 mins walk. If u want to try various cuisine, the popular places are at walkable distance. They also have a pantry kinda setup so u can cool ur own food, refrigerator n aqua guard is also in pantry. The hosts are so sweet. Really loved the place and room has balcony. The area is peaceful and u will enjoy ur stay here. Highly recommend.

My stay at Villa Cleto Guest House was very enjoyable. The place was tidy, well-kept, and spotless. The staff were kind and accommodating, creating a warm and inviting environment. The property provides great value and is quite affordable compared to many alternatives. The only slight downside is that the rooms are somewhat small, but they remain clean, comfortable, and have all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Overall, it's a fantastic option, especially for travelers seeking a clean, budget-friendly, and well-run guest house. I would gladly recommend it and stay here again.

I stayed here for a day and a half with my elderly father while attending to some official matters in Panjim. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The AC functioned well, the bed was comfortable, and there was no outside noise. It had everything you need when you're not on vacation but have tasks to complete. The owner called us after check-in to offer assistance if needed. We didn't require anything, but it was nice to have that offer. Being Goans ourselves, the interaction felt naturally warm. The location is truly good. Mala is a peaceful residential area yet close to the city center. It suited us perfectly. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The owner provided outstanding service.
