Some parts of the room were not clean enough and the hotel looks old and rooms on the 5 th and 6th floor only 1 lift is there that too old. Geyser was only for shower not for tap. They did not provide minral water bottle,shampoo , conditioner and hand wash. The cupboard was also of iron not wooden so overall it lookes old and shady. The service was good though. They gave me early chek in and kept my bags in reception even after I checked out. Location is great, very near to the main bus stand, market and main road.Better with friends or alone not for couple or family. Can't say it was price worthy.

We booked a room here through Agoda, but the reality of the property is completely different from the photos shown online.’The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, unclean, and feel rundown’completely lacking basic comfort or cleanliness. To make matters worse, the owner/management was extremely arrogant and unhelpful when addressing concerns. The staff at the reception seemed more focused on pressuring guests for reviews rather than providing decent hospitality or maintaining the property.’Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Panjim. Save your money and look elsewhere

Our experience was very disappointing. We reserved a room through Agoda, but the property looked nothing like the photos online. The rooms were in poor condition, dirty, unhygienic, and felt neglected, lacking even basic comfort and cleanliness. On top of that, the owner or management was very arrogant and uncooperative when we raised issues. The reception staff appeared more interested in pushing guests to leave reviews than offering good hospitality or upkeep. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Panjim. It's better to spend your money elsewhere.
