Extremely disappointing experience. We booked a room here through Agoda, but the reality of the property is completely different from the photos shown online.’The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, unclean, and feel rundown’completely lacking basic comfort or cleanliness. To make matters worse, the owner/management was extremely arrogant and unhelpful when addressing concerns. The staff at the reception seemed more focused on pressuring guests for reviews rather than providing decent hospitality or maintaining the property.’Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Panjim. Save your money and look elsewhere
