Ginger Goa Panjim

A decent place over but certainly doesnt live up to the 3 star hotel mark. Rooms are clean - until you start observing. Lacks a bit in maintenance. They dont change the bedcovers even upon request. Overall its decent but certainly lacks in things that you generally expect.

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel Panjim for 9 days and 8 nights, and I had a wonderful experience throughout my stay. This was my third time staying here, and the consistency in service and hospitality is truly impressive.The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities including a mini refrigerator, TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and a kettle for hot water and coffee. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, which made the stay even more relaxing. Its location is also very convenient, especially because it is close to the riverside area in Panjim where the boat cruises operate.The food served at the hotel was delicious every single time. What made the experience even better was the hotel staff ’ everyone was polite, cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Simran, Natasha, Pardeep, Nizahu, Abhinav, Vikas, and Sandipan for making the stay memorable with their excellent hospitality and warm attitude.I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again during my future visits to Goa. Highly recommended!

I was there for my office related work. I had booked single room . The room had bed bugs. I could see the bedbugs moving across the beds, the moment I tried taking the photos it was able to go between the matress and head board. Since I am allergic to bed bugs and insects I am being treated against the allergy now . I would not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. I have attached the photos of my blisters in skin due to allergy.

Ayat was outstanding in providing services. Very well behaved and professionalism. Hotel is excellent for stay.

Our stay was good. The washrooms and rooms were clean. However, the room we were initially allotted had cockroaches near the fridge area; not one, but many.We left the room to attend a wedding, and upon returning, we saw the cockroaches crawling back to their hiding places from the table. We immediately called the reception and informed them about the issue. To our surprise, we were told that a spray would be sent. We refused to adjust to such a solution. It was shocking to hear this response, especially considering how small the rooms are and that it was late at night, close to sleeping time. Offering to spray chemicals in the room at that hour was not acceptable.We insisted on a room change and had a good experience in the new room.They provided us with a total of six small water bottles and also allowed a two-hour extension for checkout. We are not sure whether this is offered to all guests or was given as compensation.It appears that the property is short-staffed, which may be the reason for some service-related issues.
