We booked the hotel for 2 days but had to check out after just 1 day because the room was infested with bed bugs. Despite paying for 2 days, we could not continue staying there due to the unacceptable hygiene conditions.When we informed the receptionist about the bed bugs, instead of taking the complaint seriously, he laughed, argued with us, and defended the hotel. Even the housekeeping staff tried to explain the situation, but the receptionist continued arguing rather than helping us.The bed was also in very poor condition and appeared to be broken. The room was extremely small compared to how it appeared in the Agoda listing. However, the room size was not our main concern—the bed bugs and poor hygiene were the biggest issue.What was most disappointing was the staff's attitude toward our genuine complaint. We expected basic hygiene, safety, and professional customer service, but unfortunately, none of these were provided.I would strongly advise Agoda to investigate this property and review whether it meets the required hygiene and safety standards before continuing to list it.Overall, a very unpleasant experience. We booked for two days but had to leave after one day because we simply could not stay in a room with bed bugs.
This hotel is terrible. The rooms are in very poor condition, infested with cockroaches everywhere. The doors don't lock properly, and the staff are extremely rude. Avoid booking this hotel. We felt cheated by them. There is no parking available, and both the restaurant and rooms are unhygienic.
