Novotel Goa Panjim

Spent a very enjoyable 3 nights here for my husband’s 70th birthday.Hotel is well presented, all staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.Breakfast is top notch h offering a variety of choices both Indian and international and the staff in the restaurant are amazing.The pool area is a calm relaxing place and the pool boy looks after you very well.We met a couple of the staff who were training and we wish them well with Novotel group.On the whole a first class stay.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Novotel Goa Panjim. The spread was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety to choose from. Everything’from the live counters to the beverage selection’was well-prepared and neatly presented.A special mention to Gunjan, Komal, and who provided exceptional hospitality. Their warm greetings, attentive service, and friendly approach made the start of my day truly pleasant. They ensured that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of.

This hotel is an incredible gem.For a Novotel, where you generally expect to find the same type of decor, room layout, and services, this one is far above average.Even though the neighborhood seems to be primarily a business district, the hotel remains welcoming, with a well-positioned pool, sun loungers, and no street noise.The room I was given on the 5th floor was beautifully decorated, cozy, with a balcony sheltered by a screen of plants.The bar on the 1st floor overlooking the pool is also a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the benefits of the voucher received upon arrival.Even a small Casino !The staff is incredibly attentive, regardless of their role. ’’In short, a truly fantastic experience, exceeding the European standard.We don't feel like customers, but guests.

Recently, I visited Goa for a business convention and stayed at the Novotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Overall, the service was good, and the food was also okay. Still, I am providing a detailed review...Location: Excellent for business and city sightseeing (near Fontainhas).Service: Highly rated for warm, professional, and helpful staff.Dining: Great breakfast variety and quality at Food Exchange.Modern: Chic, clean, and contemporary design.The Critic (Cons)Privacy: The glass-partitioned bathrooms lack privacy for some.Size: The Rooms and the swimming pool are relatively compact.Environment: It’s a city hotel, so it lacks the "beach resort" vibeAccording to the purpose, you should think about whether this is good for your office, not?

Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and bar. The ambience was classy and relaxing, and the food was absolutely delicious. The bar service was excellent with perfectly crafted drinks.A special mention to Komal and Gunjan, who was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. Their service truly made our afternoon memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and top-notch hospitality.
