FabHotel DDHYANA The Wellness Centre and Resort - Nr. Miramar Beach

I had a very disappointing stay at FabHotel DDHYANA, Panaji.The room lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no drinking water, no towels, no intercom, and there wasn't even a TV in the room. I had to repeatedly ask the staff for towels before they finally provided them. The washroom was also not clean, which made the stay even more unpleasant.Although I stayed for just one night, the overall experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Great experience with excellent food. The place was very clean, tidy, and hygienic.

Rooms are clean and tidy, service is good, and the location is close to both the city center and the beach.

I booked this hotel with the given booking ID for check-in on June 20th and check-out on June 21st, 2026. I registered a complaint with customer care executive Eesha, who promised to update me soon, but I am still waiting for a response. This hotel is not safe for women at all, and both Goibibo and Fabhotels teams were very unresponsive. 1) There are major security and privacy issues: I was assigned room C5, where the bathroom windows were transparent, allowing people from the opposite building to look inside. Is this how guest privacy is respected? (photo attached) 2) I called Fabhotel helpline around 8 am requesting early check-in at 10:30 am (with charges), which was denied. I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am for the 12 noon check-in but was made to wait at reception for over an hour and was finally checked in at 1:15 pm. Shouldn't I be compensated for this long wait? Why should the customer bear all the inconvenience and charges? 3) The room had no TV, which was included in my booking voucher. I raised this with reception, but they denied having a TV. (photo attached) 4) There was no intercom in the room, and I was expected to go down from the third floor to reception or restaurant for any requests or orders. Is this acceptable treatment from Goibibo/Fabhotel? (photo attached) 5) The room was infested with cockroaches. (photo attached) I don't understand how Goibibo/Fabhotel can accommodate guests in such a poor hotel when Goibibo's commitment sounds good. Is there any quality check, or is the intention just to cheat customers and take their hard-earned money? I raised this complaint while still at the property with Eesha, who promised to call back but never did, showing a lack of seriousness about customer concerns. (Recording of Eesha attached)
