check in took time, phone not working in the room, reception not supportive for any queries . But SPA was good if privacy concerns are not there in changing rooms
We stayed for three nights during the last week of August 2026. The property is excellent. Our room had all the expected amenities and offered a beach view. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our room. However, the beach next to the property is not very good since the river flows into the sea there, making the water unsafe for swimming. The lifeguards were not very attentive, and the management should address this problem. The food service was excellent, with special thanks to Miss Wankiru and Mr Bhoopendra in the dining area, who took great care of us and our child. The spa was nice, though it seemed understaffed during my visit, requiring the manager to assist. We look forward to returning.
