Their staff can’t manage rush for 90 rooms tourists All tourists were shouting for check in and cleanliness
I was visited 2 times but this time AC is not working complain about it but one person just clean further complaint but no one come third time also complaint for it upro evening 5 hours we were stayed in hot No other rooms shifted by themFor keys we were waiting for 1 hour from 1 pm to 2.30 pm All tourists were shouting but no senior person come out and solve itPlease don’t go in seasons
Hotel renovation is going on so most of the rooms are not in use. Room which was allocated to me it has a balcony view with sliding door. That sliding door lock was not working and unable to lock the door. I was awake entire night because of this issue. When informed to the hotel management received very casual answer. Hotel staff was not cooperative. Food was not good. I stayed there 24-25 May 2026. On this day entire drainage line was choked up and stinking smell was there in entire hotel premises. They had provided limited WiFi access to the guest devices which also has very low speed which was in KBPS. Suppose your booking is for 2 adults then access for only two devices is allowed. I will not recommend this hotel for stay. NO STAR RATING MINUS (-)5 STAR.
